      TV presenter Matthias Malmedie has tested many cars under extreme conditions – including the G-Class. But this has never happened before: in the video, the moderator performs the ultimate test with the off-road legend, driving in deep snow and making it dance on an ice surface!

      Around 20 degrees Celsius below freezing, a layer of ice up to 70 centimetres thick, snow as far as the eye can see. And in the middle of it all, a true legend: the G-Class. A setting entirely to the taste of Matthias Malmedie. The passionate driver and well-known presenter has tested just about every vehicle available on the market and has long been an integral part of the automotive scene. There is simply no one better suited to put the off-road icon to the ultimate test under extreme conditions in Swedish Lapland as part of the annual AMG Experience.

      Before he can set off, Matthias is spoilt for choice. Peter Schoren, Head of G-Class Sales & Product Management at Mercedes-Benz, has brought four different G-Class variants to Arjeplog, which even the experienced car tester has never seen before.

      [2] Die angegebenen Werte wurden nach dem vorgeschriebenen Messverfahren ermittelt. Es handelt sich um die „NEFZ-CO₂-Werte“ i. S. v. Art. 2 Nr. 1 Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2017/1153. Die Kraftstoffverbrauchswerte wurden auf Basis dieser Werte errechnet. Der Stromverbrauch wurde auf der Grundlage der VO 692/2008/EG ermittelt.

      [3] Die angegebenen Werte wurden nach dem Messverfahren WLTP (Worldwide harmonised Light vehicles Test Procedure) ermittelt. Die angegebenen Spannweiten beziehen sich auf ECE-Märkte. Der Energieverbrauch und der CO2-Ausstoß eines Pkw sind nicht nur von der effizienten Ausnutzung des Kraftstoffs bzw. des Energieträgers durch den Pkw, sondern auch vom Fahrstil und anderen nichttechnischen Faktoren abhängig.
