Stylist Florie Vitse staged the cast of “Immortal Love” as modern vampires and explained to us how she managed to make sub-mortal creatures appear human, vulnerable, and approachable.
It is a modern interpretation of the story of Romeo and Juliet: In “Immortal Love” the globally acclaimed superstar rapper called YJ leads a double life and is torn between two worlds. On one side is the young, naive music journalist Nathan, who is addicted to her – and on the other is her eccentric vampire entourage. And in the middle of it all: the G-Class models of the past 40 years, starting with the 230 G from 1980 to our electric Concept EQG. Because immortals appreciate a vehicle that is just like them – stronger than time.
It is a story that illustrates the conflict between two worlds that could not be more different. And it shows a love that overcomes these divides. This is not least reflected in the looks created by stylist Florie Vitse, who gives us an exclusive insight into her work and a look behind the scenes of this extraordinary production.
