Another major milestone has been reached: the first Austrian factory pickup of the G-Class in Mercedes-Benz history has taken place.
Now also for Austria

The Fink family were the first Austrian customers to pick up their G-Class personally in Graz: "We've attended many exclusive vehicle pickups in the past, but this was something really special. We've never before experienced such personal, individual customer care during a vehicle pickup. It was simply wonderful – like the G-Class itself."

A G-Class factory pickup is a 1.5-day event beginning with an exclusive evening meal and an overnight stay in a hotel in inner-city Graz – the perfect prelude to an eventful next day.

On the next morning, our shuttle service takes the guests to the G-Class Experience Center. On different route stages, they can test the incomparable off-road capabilities of the iconic off-road vehicle and experience every aspect at first hand – at all times accompanied by their personal instructor. This is followed by an individual factory tour plus the next exciting, high-speed driving module when the G-Class demonstrates its on-road capabilities. The final highlight of the event is the handover of the new vehicle: the G-Class is unveiled in a glass cube.
The couple from the Tirol had the following to say when they left Graz with their new Mercedes-AMG G 63:
"What a wonderful day! We might be the first customers, but this is not the last time we'll be at the G-Class Experience Center."
